Big Heart. Small Town. Expert Care Close to Home.

When it comes to your heart, you deserve care from people who know you — not just your chart. At Ray County Hospital and Healthcare Cardiac Rehabilitation, you’re not a number. You’re our neighbor. And we’re here to walk with you every step of your recovery.

Our dedicated two-person team provides the kind of personalized, one-on-one attention that only a close-to-home healthcare team can offer. Whether you’re starting Phase 2 monitored care or maintaining your strength in Phase 4, we’re right here with you.

Meet Our Team

Elizabeth Minnis, Registered Nurse

Elizabeth joined our Cardiac Rehabilitation team in January 2026, bringing years of emergency and cardiac nursing experience. What makes Elizabeth truly special? She’s been where you are. After an unexpected heart issue in late 2025, Elizabeth completed Cardiac Rehabilitation herself. She doesn’t just understand the clinical side of recovery — she understands what it feels like to be the patient, too.

Leisa Williams, Physical Therapist

Leisa has been part of the Ray County Hospital and Healthcare family for over 15 years. For the past five years, she has worked to grow and strengthen our Cardiac Rehabilitation department. With her experience, Leisa creates safe, effective exercise plans designed to give you the best chance at a full recovery.

Your heart is in good hands — right here in the community you love.
