This service is now available. If you have an outstanding bill from Ray County Hospital and Healthcare, you may receive a message from PayZen prompting you to sign up for a payment plan. These messages are coming from PayZen in partnership with Ray County Hospital and Healthcare and are fully authorized by us.
Additionally, you’ll now see signage for PayZen’s Care Card around our offices, and our staff can help you learn more. The Care Card is a debit card that allows you to break up your pre-service estimates or downpayments into affordable, no interest or fees, monthly payments. PayZen is HIPAA and SOC2 compliant, and follows strict information security guidelines and practices to ensure that personal and medical information is secure. Only guarantors and/or patients can view their medical billing data.
