RN or LPN: Medical Surgical Unit, Fulltime 7A-7P Shift.
ABILITIES/SKILLS: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; excellent clinical and diagnostic skills; ability to collaborate effectively with a healthcare team; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; compassionate and patient-centric approach.
REQUIRED: BLS or ability to obtain upon hire, ACLS or ability to obtain within six (6) months, associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing; valid nursing license in the State of Missouri.
JOB DUTIES: Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications; conduct physical exams and record medical histories; assist with diagnostic test and the interpretation of results; collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and update patient care plans; educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventative care.
