Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse:
Full-time, 11A-11P
ABILITIES/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
Candidate must have BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ability to obtain within ninety (90) days. Candidate must have an RN or LPN degree from an accredited nursing program. Candidate’s Missouri State licensure must be in good standing.
Candidate must possess effective critical thinking skills and be able to multi-task. Candidate must possess excellent communication skills. Candidate must be able to remain calm in high stress situations.
JOB DUTIES:
· Triage patients upon arrival;
· Provide both direct and indirect patient care services within the scope of practice;
· Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients of all ages with a wide range of conditions;
· Adhere to the hospital’s policies and procedures;
· Maintain accurate patient records; and
· Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and their families.
