IT Technician: Full-time, 8am- 4pm Monday- Friday, alternating call schedule


· Assemble and/or configure Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Switches, Monitors, Printers, Televisions and other peripherals

· Setting up hardware and installing software

· Performing repairs on computers and other peripherals

· Identify, analyze, and repair hardware, software and network failures

· Troubleshoot end user issues, escalating when appropriate

· Troubleshoot end user issues, escalating when appropriate

· Responds to trouble tickets to resolve user problems

· Participate in special projects and other tasks as assigned

· Answer phone calls needing support

· Resolve assigned tasks as needed

· Other duties as assigned


· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is highly desirable. 1+ years of technical support experience or an Associate’s degree in related field required.

· Ability to be part of an on-call rotation and work a flexible schedule as needed.

· Ability to adapt to changing needs and dynamics

· Must be able to troubleshoot, diagnose and document issues

· Ability to make sound and timely recommendations

· Strong analytical, critical and logical abilities

· Ability to lift 50 pounds

· Understands routing, switching, and common networking concepts/protocols including TCP/IP, Ports, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, VPN, etc.

· Strong team player

· Strong communicator, both written and spoken

· Project Management a plus

· Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
