Clinical Informatics

EHR Support and Informatics Analyst: Full-time, 8am- 4pm Monday- Friday, alternating call schedule


· Act as a liaison between OCHIN and RCHH

· Become an application expert and system superuser

· Onboard new staff to OCHIN Epic

· Functions in a leadership role, in collaboration with multidisciplinary team

· Assist in training or facilitate training with new employees

· Work with OCHIN to test new processes and products

· Provide system maintenance

· Provide support for physicians and staff to escalate issue and questions with OCHIN

· Sign up staff and participate in OCHIN workgroups

· Engage in and actively participate in Site Specialist program and training

· Run daily, weekly, monthly reports

· Conduct analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements

· Demonstrate the ability to be flexible, organized and function well under stressful situations

· Supports and maintains a culture of safety and quality

· Other duties as assigned


· RN

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education experience

· Comprehensive understanding of medical terminology, healthcare workflows, and clinical processes

· Proficient in data analysis, reporting and strategic contribution


· Min 5 years of experience as an Epic user and/or minimum 1 year as an Epic Superuser

· Health Informatics degree

· Experience in project management methodology principles

· Strong technical skills and experience with computer systems
